Cancellation Policy
All Appointments are required to pay a deposit when booking, this fee will be applied to your service.
24hr cancellation notice: If you do not cancel within 24hrs before your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service you booked.
No Shows: If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service you booked.
Late Policy: If you are 7 minutes late then you will be marked as a “No Show” and will be charged 50% of the service you booked.
In order to rebook/ reschedule you must pay the cancellation/ no show fee before hand if payment was not collected and this fee does not go towards any new appointments.
